Makassar — The Capture Fisheries Study Program, Faculty of Marine Science and Fisheries (FIKP), Hasanuddin University, held a workshop titled “Strengthening Course Portfolio, Semester Learning Plan (RPS), and Graduate Learning Outcomes (CPL) Assessment” on Saturday, February 28, 2026. The workshop was conducted from 1:00 PM (WITA) until completion, taking place at the Senate Room, 2nd Floor, FIKP Hasanuddin University. The event was attended by lecturers of the Capture Fisheries Study Program.

This workshop aimed to enhance the quality of teaching planning and implementation, particularly in developing course portfolios integrated with RPS and CPL-based assessment systems. It also served as part of a continuous effort to support the implementation of an Outcome-Based Education (OBE) curriculum. During the workshop, participants received presentations on developing RPS in accordance with national higher education standards, along with strategies for measurable and relevant CPL assessment aligned with graduate profiles. In addition, interactive discussions and hands-on sessions were conducted to guide participants in preparing course portfolio documents.

The Head of the Capture Fisheries Study Program stated that the workshop was expected to align lecturers’ perspectives in designing learning processes oriented toward graduate outcomes. “Through this activity, we aim to ensure that each course has a clear contribution to CPL and is supported by an objective and structured assessment system,” they remarked. The workshop concluded successfully with high enthusiasm from participants throughout the session. It is expected that this initiative will further improve the quality of the learning process within the Capture Fisheries Study Program and produce graduates who are competent, adaptive, and aligned with the needs of the fisheries sector.
