Makassar, February 28, 2026 – The Capture Fisheries Study Program, Faculty of Marine Science and Fisheries (FIKP), Universitas Hasanuddin, organized a Workshop on Course Portfolio, Semester Learning Plan (RPS), and Learning Outcomes (CPL) Assessment on Saturday, February 28, 2026. The event took place at the Senate Room, 2nd Floor, FIKP Unhas.
The workshop was conducted as part of the Study Program’s commitment to strengthening academic quality assurance and ensuring the alignment of learning instruments with the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) framework. The activity was attended by all lecturers within the Capture Fisheries Study Program.
In his opening remarks, the Head of the Study Program, Muhammad Kurnia, S.Pi., M.Sc., Ph.D., emphasized that the preparation of course portfolios, Semester Learning Plans (RPS), and assessment instruments for Program Learning Outcomes (CPL) must be systematic, measurable, and well-documented to support continuous improvement in teaching quality and study program accreditation.
The workshop addressed several key agendas, including:
- Alignment of graduate profiles with Program Learning Outcomes (CPL);
- Translation of Program Learning Outcomes into Course Learning Outcomes (CPMK);
- Standardization of the format and substance of RPS based on OBE principles;
- Strengthening measurable and accountable learning assessment instruments;
- Enhancement of course portfolio documentation as part of the internal quality assurance system.
Through this initiative, it is expected that all lecturers will share a unified understanding in developing learning instruments, ensuring effective and consistent curriculum implementation in accordance with national higher education standards.
The workshop was conducted interactively, featuring document reviews, academic discussions, and the formulation of follow-up improvement strategies for upcoming semesters. This activity represents a strategic effort to enhance academic governance and strengthen the competitiveness of the Capture Fisheries Study Program at both national and international levels.
