St. Aisjah Farhum, M.Si, lecturer in the Capture Fisheries Study Program, Faculty of Marine Science and Fisheries, Hasanuddin University, together with the team, carried out community service in Pangkajene and Archipelago Regencies on 23 March 2023. In community service activities, the service team assisted Annisa&#8217;s group in diversifying products made from milkfish, namely boneless milkfish, presto milkfish, <em>tumpi-tumpi, shredded meat, and &#8220;cake cake&#8221;. Community service activities are conducted<\/em> with lecturers from the Fisheries Product Technology Study Program, Hasanuddin University, and lecturers from the Kalla Institute Entrepreneurship Study Program. Apart from training in making milkfish-based processed products, members of the Annisa group were also taught how to market products online through social media platforms and arrange halal certificates. It is hoped that through this activity, Annisa&#8217;s group will be able to produce high-quality ready-to-eat food products from processed milkfish and expand the marketing reach of its products.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dr. Ir.
