It is located in the 3rd floor of Marine Science and Fisheries Faculty building. It focuses on three main studies:

(1) the design and construction of fishing gear and fishing tools,

(2) analysis of fishing vessel design, and

(3) navigation and seamanship. It runs by lecturers with relevant fields.
